An award-winning creative director whose work blends and bends disciplines from design to photography to poetry. She founded a boutique agency called Studio HMVD at 24, and subsequently dedicated her twenties to helping founders express themselves through brand. Studio HMVD worked with CPG darlings like Nori, Boy Smells and Disco, tech companies such as Resonance, Strella and Oceans, and the TriBeCa social club, Maxwell.
At Overeasy, she guides creative processes, delivering high-end work strategically and expressively.
Her work has been recognized by AIGA, The Brand Identity, Type Director’s Club, Communication Arts and more.

A creative entrepreneur with a deep background in brand, media, and marketing strategy. He co-founded Mother US and helped build it into one of the most awarded and respected agencies in the world. Following Mother, Andrew went on to found New Stand in 2015, leading it through Series B funding and acquisition.

He brings great care and boundless optimism to the table, advising at pivotal moments in a companies trajectory.
